You do not need Physics, Chemistry and Biology to study General Nursing & Midwifery in West Bengal. A 10+2 pass in any stream — Arts, Commerce or Science — with 40% aggregate and a pass in English qualifies you to sit the entrance test. Vocational candidates who passed the Health Care Science stream are also eligible under the same rules.
Academic qualification
10+2 passed from a recognised board in any stream, with an aggregate of at least 40% and a pass in English as a subject.
Age limit
You must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Upper age limits follow the current WBJEEB notification.
Medical fitness
Candidates must be medically fit for nursing duties. A fitness certificate is submitted at the time of admission.

Seats at Annapurna Nursing Institute are filled through WBJEEB centralised counselling. Name us in your choice list to be considered.
